Lock Folder without any Software


Open Notepad and copy the below code and save as locker.bat. When you click on to that bat file it will automatically creates a folder with lock. Don't forget to put the password in the code in place of type your password here.


After creation of Locker folder again click on the locker.bat file it will ask to type Y to hide folder, when you type Y the Locker folder will be disappeared and to get it back click on locker.bat file and type your password, you will get the folder again.

Run the internet explorer with your windows calculator


When your browser is messed up for some unexplainable reason
1. Open your MS Calculator. This is normally found in Start => All Programs => Accessories => Calculator.
2. Open the help-window by pressing the F1 key.
3. Click the top-left corner icon of the help window once (Standard is a Document with a Questionmark).
4. Select Go to URL-address.
5. Type your address into the available field,




How to remove recycle bin from your desktop


Open  RUN(Window+R) then type Regedit and enter. 

Then you should navigate to following entry in registry HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Desktop\NameSpace\{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}

Delete this entry, this  will remove the recycle bin from your desktop.


How to Disable USB ports on Windows PC


With this trick, you can disable access to your USB(Universal Serial Bus) ports on your Windows based PC to prevent people from taking out data without permission or spreading viruses through the use of USB (pen and flash) drives.

To use this trick to disable USB ports, follow the steps given below

1. Click on Start.
2. Click on Run. If you cannot find RUN, type it in the search box.
3. Type "regedit" without quotes. This will launch the Registry Editor.
4. Navigate to  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\usbstor.
5.  In the work area, double click on Start.
6.  In the Value Data box, enter 4.
7. Click on OK.
8. Close Registry Editor and refresh your desktop.
9. To re-enable access to your USB ports, enter 3 in the Value Data box in Step 6.

To use this trick, follow the instructions given below

1. Click on Start, Navigate to All Programs >> Accessories >>Notepad.
2. Copy and paste the exact code given below.

6. Navigate to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup (in Windows XP) and C:\Users\ {User-Name}\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup (in Windows 8, Windows 7 and Windows Vista). If C: is your System drive, AppData is a hidden folder, So you need to select showing hidden folders in Folder options to locate it.
7. Paste the file.

Now when you start your computer next time, Windows will welcome you in its own computerized voice.
